Moshing
I created “Smart Mosch” as a revolutionary approach to what I believe now happens online. Moshing is the act of making yourself seen in a crowd. It usually happens at punk, emo, hardcore, heavy metal, grunge and alternative concerts, where audience members aggressively push or slam into each other, and it is accompanied by stage diving, crowd surfing, mic swinging, instrument smashing and headbanging. A lot of violence you may say!
Smart mosch
Moshing involves a special kind of aggressiveness which in fact expresses the admiration of fans. “Smart mosch”, as I’ve deliberately entitled my current and future online actions, represents my form of “admiration” for the online environment. It is a form of activism, through which I intend to take position against mediocrity, excess and loss of quality in online writing. This is why my blog statement says: Stop throwing articles online!

About Martin Mosch
At 28 I’m seeing the world (of web) with different eyes. After 3 years of being an Art History lecturer I felt the need to get myself online and see what’s happening around.
I took a one year vacation and my plan is to research and analyze the evolution of online marketing and, most importantly, what happens with article marketing and all the bloggers and writers out there.
I’m also interested in the way people assimilate web platforms, how they adapt to different social environments online or how they integrate their habits with what I like to call “mechanisms”, or the automatism of posting, sharing, publishing, commenting, liking or reporting.
